We offer five safe ways to pay:
- Pay with Credit Card through our web site � this method is safe,
convenient and quick, and is the one used by most of our customers.� We accept
MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress and Discover.� Shop on our site and simply
enter your credit card information during the check-out process.� Your
information is then encrypted and transmitted safely to our secure server.
- Pay with Credit Card by sending information
separately � if you prefer, after shopping you can send your credit card

Order Confirmation � You will receive an

the item, quantities and shipping method to ensure they are right, and notify

Product Availability - When you view our
products the typical shipping time will be displayed.� Credit cards are charged
at the time of order.� If a product is unexpectedly unavailable we will notify
you immediately and ask you to choose from these options:
If the expected shipping date is within the next 30 days, you may choose to have us
ship the product when it becomes available.� We will leave the original credit card charge on your card in this case.
- You may choose to cancel the order at this time and we will credit your payment method.� At your request, we can still notify
you when the product becomes available.�
Shipping Confirmation � You will receive an
email confirmation when we ship your order.
Credits and Refunds � You will receive an
email confirmation of returns received and credits issued.
Easy Returns - Returns and exchanges are no problem at AllMusicMethods.com.� Items that meet our returns
guidelines will receive a full refund. Just return the item to us within 30 days of shipment and we will refund the
full purchase price.� The item(s) must be in its original unused condition,
including all original packing materials, manuals and warranty cards.� We'll
notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the
returned item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a
result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). �In
most cases, we�ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used
for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
Please note the following specific policies
regarding returns:
- Software, CDs, DVDs, Videos, Cassettes - Recorded media can
only be returned if the manufacturer tamper-seals and plastic shrink-wrap have
not been opened.
- Refunds for Defective Items - Of course, we will
issue a full refund if you find that the item is defective after opening the
packaging.� If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the
same item, you can return the item and place and order for a new one. You do
not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new
order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns
once they arrive at our facility.
- Returning Items You Didn't Order - If you received an
extra item in a shipment, or items were delivered to you that you didn't order,
please let us know and we�ll arrange to have it returned.
Packing & Sending Your Return - Pack the items along
with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the
items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. If you do not have the packing
slip, you can print and enclose a copy of our email confirming your order or
