Purchase Orders
Approved educational institutions, libraries and government organizations can use
a
purchase order to place an order with
All Music Methods. We will then
send an invoice to your designated payment office. To receive approval for
purchase order use, please send the following information on your organization's
official letter head, by email to qualityservice@allmusicmethods.com, or by facsimile to (703) 232-1048:
Billing Information:
- Contact name, title, e-mail, phone, fax
- Organization name
- Mailing address
- Tax Exempt # (VA only)
- Point of contact in finance/accounting
Requirements for Payment:
- Tell us the documentation required to be included with an invoice (PO#, signed
PO, proof of delivery, etc)
Bank Reference:
- Bank name, address
- Account #
- Bank account representative, phone #
