Using My Account
The "My Account" section of our website will display your order(s), order status,
tracking numbers (if available) and allow you to change your account information
including name, address, e-mail and other billing and shipping data. Click
on "My Account" in the top menu bar to access this information.
If you have ordered from us before, or have previously created an account, you can
access your existing account by entering your e-mail address and password.
If you need to have your password sent to you, click on "Click Here" under "Forget
Your Password?"
If you have not ordered from us before, you will need to create an account by entering
your name, address, phone, e-mail address and a password you would like to use.
Keep in mind that
the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we
can send information about subsequent orders.
When you enter My Account you will be in the My Orders page, displaying all submitted
orders. The Order #, Order Date, Order Total and Order Status are displayed.
Click on the Order # to see more information about the order, including specific
products and quantities ordered, payment method details, billing and shipping addresses,
and tracking number if available. For more information on tracking shipments,

Click on My Profile to see and change
personal information including name, billing and shipping addresses, e-mail and
telephone. Click Save to store any changes made.
